Visitations show multiple conflicting pedigrees for the "de la Bere" family and interpreting primary evidence is made difficult by the existence of multiple prominent individuals with the same name in the same generation. It's not even certain that Thomas's wife was a de la Bere: no primary evidence supporting such a marriage has been identified. | |||
