Anne Unknown 1) 2) Notes: Daniel's mother can be confirmed from the will of her second husband - Richard Hawkyns who dies in 1540. He makes bequests to "my wife and her son John Pert" and John's siblings. Daniel Perte's will names his mother as "Agnes Hawkins". Agnes's children (surviving in 1540) are: John Pert, Juliana Pert, Daniel Pert, Agnes was born, say, circa 1490 (based on known dates for her grand-children). This aligns with evidence in Daniel Pert's will - though the connection to the Baugh family is still unclear. Daniel Perte describes Mr Rowland Baugh as his cousin in his will Daniel names his mother as Agnes Hawkyns in his will Daniel Pert's will is dated 1567 Mr Rowland Bauer is the son of Edward Bauer and Margaret Stratford. Will signed: Gentleman of Tewkesbury 13 May 1567 Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, England 1) Notes: Pert arms appear as "Argent, on a bend gules, three mascles of the first" on his daughter's monument, where they impale Slaughter. These arms also appear in Norfolk on a monument to a descendant of the Perts of Mountnessing, Essex. Daniel Perte was woodward for South Wales (in 1552) and a brother of Alexander Perte. Daniel Pert had multiple children: [1623 Gloucestershire visitation and will] Edward Alice Catharine - who married Anthony Try Elizabeth - who married Edward Trye Gylyan Anne - who married Paris Slaughter Acquired the manor of Tewkesbury c1544 (patent rolls).
