man William Gascoigne‏‎ 1) 2)
Died ‎6 Dec 1419

Notes: Chief Justice of England during the reign of King Henry IV.

Married/ Related
to:

woman Jane Unknown‏‎
Died ‎1426

Notes: William Gascoigne married twice, to Margaret Mowbray and Jane Pickering. There is no known primary evidence confirming which is Agnes's mother. Agnes's oldest son, Robert, was born c1423 and she had circa 9 other children, which suggests she was still having children in to the 1430s. Given William Gascoigne had already married Jane Pickering in 1391, it seems likelier that she is the mother.

This is supported by Jane's will, proved at York, which mentions her daughter, the wife of Robert Constable.
