to:

woman Mary Bailey‏‎
Residence: ‎1661 Tetbury, Gloucestershire, England 4)

Notes: Mary was still alive at the time of her husband's will - she is referred to as Daniel's "now wife". This may suggest Daniel had a preceding marriage. Subsequently this has been shown not to be the case thanks to A Clancy sourcing Daniel and Mary's marriage record.

Children:

1.
woman Alice Evans‏‎

2.
woman Mary Evans‏‎

3.
man Thomas Evans‏ 5) 6) 7)
Born ‎± 1662 Tetbury, Gloucestershire, England‎ 1)
Baptised ‎16 Oct 1662 St Mary's Church, Tetbury, Gloucestershire, England 1)

Notes: Thomas was a woolcomber based in Tetbury who appears, with his wife Ann, as master to John Bishop and John Butler in 1684 and 1696 respectively.
In May 1700 Thomas signed a protest asking the 13 to be re-established and then signed a Deed of Protest against the 13 in October. Thomas also appeared on the Court Leet in 1735.

Identifying Thomas:

Multiple Thomas Evans lived concurrently in Tetbury at the end of the 17th century including:
Thomas Evans (1), a worsted comber, married to Ann. Thomas and his wife Ann are recorded as master in two apprenticeship records dated 1684 and 1696
Thomas Evans (2) married to Mary who appear regularly in the Overseers records for Tetbury

While both Thomas’s did have children called Hannah, the second can be discounted based on the 1735 Tetbury Religious Affiliation census where the following household appears:
Thomas 64, his wife Mary 58, and two children - Hannah 27 and Rebecca 23
The Thomas who married Mary is therefore unlikely to be Hannah’s father as the Hannah who married Edward Bailey was born circa 1703 (not 1708) and was already married in 1721.

That Thomas Evans (1) was a Master in 1684 suggests he was born in the 1660s (given the requirement for seven years of study to become a Master). This aligns with what we know about Hannah’s family. The wills of Daniel Evans (1742) and Mary Gastrell (1745) provide details of Hannah’s relatives:
Jane Baily is the daughter of Edward Baily, tailor of Tetbury
Edward Baily married Hannah Evans
Daniel Evans was Hannah’s brother
Mary Gastrell (née Evans) was Hannah’s sister
Sarah Parker (née Evans) was Hannah’s sister
Elizabeth Wickes (née Evans) was Hannah’s sister

Mary Evans married wed Mr Gastrell in 1698 without needing her parent’s permission and hence was probably born circa 1680. Her father would therefore need to have been born in the 1660s at the latest.
