Baldwin his son and heir was aged 5 years on Midsummer day... granted them to Baldwin Frevill and Joan his wife and the heirs of their bodies, with remainder to Joyce, widow of Baldwin, father of Baldwin Frevill, and the right heirs of the younger Baldwin. Joan died without heirs and Baldwin married Maud and had issue Baldwin. The elder Baldwin is dead and the manors should to to Adam de Peshale, knight, and Joyce, now his wife." Dated: 1401. Baldwin his son, aged 19 years and more, is his heir... He held the under-mentioned castle in fee tail, to him and the heirs of his body, by a fine levied by Baldwin de Wytheneye, in the king’s court and with the king’s licence, to a certain Bladwin Frevyll and Ida his wife and the heirs of their bodies, with remainder to the right heirs of the said Baldwin Frevyll.
